In June 2021, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) and Gradient Learning announced the official launch of Along, a free digital reflection tool for teachers in the United States. Along is designed to help teachers make each student feel seen and understood. It enables students to send quick video, audio, or text messages directly to their teacher, allowing them to express themselves and share what's on their minds.
