We’ll start by exploring your background, current situation, and long-term goals, setting clear objectives and identifying any potential barriers. In the following weeks, the coaching will adapt to your priorities—whether it’s identifying and leveraging your skills, exploring new opportunities, enhancing your resume or LinkedIn profile, preparing for interviews, or developing effective action plans and accountability strategies. After every meeting, you’ll receive personalized notes and next steps to help you maintain momentum. This program draws from my personal experience in the EdTech industry rather than a clinical or certified approach, ensuring practical, real-world guidance in a fully confidential setting.
