Prokeep is looking for a training pro to join their onboarding and implementation team as a Customer Training & Enablement Specialist! If you’re passionate about breaking down complex tech for new users, designing engaging webinars and tutorials, and driving customer success in SaaS, this is your chance to shine. What you'll do:

Lead live and virtual product training for new and existing users

Design videos, presentations, and e-learning modules

Collaborate closely with onboarding, customer success, and marketing teams

Create certification programs and materials that support customers at all levels

Guide customers to early success, boost adoption, and identify upskilling opportunities
