In this role, you’ll manage logistics, vendor relationships, and behind-the-scenes operations that make each MagicSchool event impactful. You’ll track shipments, organize timelines, and ensure every booth and presentation runs flawlessly.
What You’ll Need:
– 1–3 years in event coordination or marketing operations
– Expertise with Asana, Notion, or similar tools
– Strong organizational and vendor management skills
– Passion for education, technology, and helping others succeed
