Position Summary
The Success Coach plays a key role in supporting school districts with the implementation of Great Minds curricula. Working within the Implementation Services team, Success Coaches combine classroom expertise with coaching and facilitation skills to support educators onsite and virtually, enabling meaningful adoption and student impact.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional learning and instructional coaching on products like Eureka Math and Wit & Wisdom

Support districts and schools to ensure successful curriculum implementation

Travel up to 80% for onsite engagements including PD, coaching, and presentations

Collaborate with leadership to document implementation metrics and share regional insights

Represent Great Minds at conferences and other professional events
Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of teaching or coaching experience

At least 1 year of professional development delivery experience

Familiarity with Great Minds curricula highly preferred

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree required

Remote, full-time fixed term (Sept 2025 – May 2026)

Regional openings: Los Angeles, Southern California, Texas, Oregon, and Central region (Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota)

Compensation range: $72K–$90K, depending on location and experience

Up to 80% travel required

Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel beyond assigned region preferred
